You know how.
Let’s explore why.

You already know how to work hard. This workshop helps you figure out how you work best.

A lot of young adults and early-career leaders are operating in the same messy space. You’re delivering. You’re taking on more responsibility. People trust you to get things done. Yet something still feels a bit fuzzy on the inside.

When someone asks, “What are your strengths?”, you either freeze or give a safe answer that doesn’t feel like the real you. When performance reviews or new opportunities come up, you want to speak with more clarity, but the words don’t show up the way you want them to.

You’ve read things about self-awareness. You’ve taken countless fancy sounding personality or strengths tools. You might even have managers tell you what you’re “good at.”

But it’s hard to turn all that into day-to-day stuff. How you run a meeting effectively. How you make decisions without second guessing yourself. How you show up when things get messy.

You know there’s a real gap between how capable you are and how clearly you understand your own way of working.
And that gap can drain confidence, blur your identity at work, and hold you back from showing up the way you want to.

Instinct To Intention was created to close that gap.

  • Simple tools and prompts that help you use your strengths in real situations

What You
Will Walk Away With

Understand your personal patterns

You’ll identify the repeated ways you think, act, and relate when you’re at your best. You’ll see that your effectiveness isn’t random. It follows a pattern you can recognise and repeat.

Have language for your strengths

You’ll be introduced to your Top 5 CliftonStrengths report to create strength statements that feel honest and specific. You’ll be able to explain your strengths in a way that makes sense to you and to the people you work with.

Know how to use your strengths at work

You’ll map your strengths to real situations such as meetings, decisions, projects, and stakeholder conversations. You’ll leave with concrete ways to apply your strengths in the coming weeks.

Carry a simple personal playbook

You’ll leave with a clear snapshot of “how you work best” that you can return to as your role grows and changes. It will be practical enough to support your work long after the workshop ends.

If you want to stop guessing at your strengths and start using them with intention, this workshop is designed for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is Gallup’s CliftonStrengths Assessment?

CliftonStrengths is a science-backed assessment developed by Gallup that identifies your natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving — what you instinctively do best. It doesn’t tell you who to become; it reveals who you already are, giving you the language and insight to work, lead, and live with more confidence and intention.

How is this different from other personality or psychometric tests?

Most tests describe what you are — your type, style, or behaviour. CliftonStrengths goes deeper, explaining why you do things the way you do and how to channel those innate talents into consistent performance. It’s not about labels; it’s about action. You’ll walk away knowing exactly how to apply your unique strengths, not just what category you fall into.

Do I need to take the assessment before the workshop?

Yes. Once you register, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to access and complete the CliftonStrengths online assessment (takes about 20–30 minutes). You’ll get your Top 5 Strengths Report, which you’ll bring to the workshop. It’s essential because the session is built around interpreting and applying your results.

I’ve taken CliftonStrengths before, can I still join?

Absolutely. If you already have your Top 5 or Full 34 report, you’re welcome to use it. In fact, this workshop is an excellent way to go beyond the report and truly understand how to use your strengths day-to-day, especially with guidance and group insights.

Is this workshop suitable for individuals or teams?

Both, but this particular session is focused on individual discovery in a small-group format (limited to 8 participants). You’ll benefit from others’ perspectives while gaining clarity about your own strengths. If you’re exploring a private team session, you can reach out separately for a custom programme.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the limited group size and pre-purchase of the assessment, registrations are non-refundable. For exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, please contact us directly to discuss on a case-by-case basis.

Why is the workshop limited to only 8 people?

Small groups create the right balance of interaction, psychological safety, and personalised attention. Each participant gets space to share, reflect, and receive coaching in a meaningful way, not just sit in a crowd. This cap ensures you get maximum value from the experience.

Is this workshop only for professionals or corporate participants?

Not at all. While many attendees are professionals or leaders, CliftonStrengths applies to anyone who wants to better understand their natural talents, whether you’re a student, entrepreneur, creative, or career changer. The focus is on self-awareness, confidence, and practical action.

Will there be any follow-up or coaching after the workshop?

Yes! Participants will have the option to book private coaching sessions at a special rate after the workshop. This is where we dive deeper into your unique strengths and goals, turning insights into a personalised growth plan.

What will I walk away with?

You’ll leave with your Top 5 Strengths Report, a clear understanding of what makes you exceptional, and actionable strategies to apply your talents in work and life. You’ll also gain a deeper appreciation of others’ strengths, and a renewed sense of clarity about how to move forward with confidence.
